Leader in the Spotlight

Celebrating Leadership That Moves ASL Forward

At the American School of Leadership (ASL), leadership isn’t limited to titles, it lives in action, impact, and service. Each month, we honor a student, staff member, or parent who has demonstrated exceptional leadership aligned with our Continuous Improvement Plan (CIP) and school values: Equity, Collaboration, Innovation, and Student-Centered Growth.

How It Works

  • Anyone can nominate a leader via our Nomination Form, nominees must show real impact, not just effort, on our school community
  • A diverse committee (students, staff, parents) reviews submission every quarter or semester
  • Winners are featured here, on social media, and invited to our annual Leadership Showcase
