At the American School of Leadership (ASL), leadership isn’t limited to titles, it lives in action, impact, and service. Each month, we honor a student, staff member, or parent who has demonstrated exceptional leadership aligned with our Continuous Improvement Plan (CIP) and school values: Equity, Collaboration, Innovation, and Student-Centered Growth.
How It Works
- Anyone can nominate a leader via our Nomination Form, nominees must show real impact, not just effort, on our school community
- A diverse committee (students, staff, parents) reviews submission every quarter or semester
- Winners are featured here, on social media, and invited to our annual Leadership Showcase
