Official School Services
The American School of Leadership provides official document execution and local notarization upon request:
- Official Transcripts: Issued with official seal and registrar signature. Notarization is available for an administrative fee of $30 per document.
- Diplomas: Printed on official credential stock with institutional seals. Notarization is available for an administrative fee of $30 per document prior to shipment to student during graduation or once received by student for notary processing.
Note: Institutional notarization is strictly limited to verified, official academic records reflecting permanent master database entries.
How to Obtain an Apostille (Florida Documents)
The American School of Leadership does not process Secretary of State Apostilles directly. Graduates requiring an Apostille for international recognition (via Hague Convention guidelines) must arrange processing through an accredited third-party agency or directly with the Florida Department of State.
3-Step Process for Students:
- Order Notarized Credentials from ASL: Submit a formal document request via the student portal and select the “Include Notarization” option ($30 fee per notarized document). Your diploma or transcript will be executed by an authorized school officer and notarized by a Florida Notary Public.
- Select an Apostille Service Provider: Submit your notarized document directly to the Florida Department of State (Division of Corporations) in Tallahassee, or hire a private Florida Apostille agency (e.g., Florida Apostille Services, Florida Document Specialists, Apostille Zone, or Capital Connection) to manage state filing, expedited processing, and international courier dispatch on your behalf.
- Provide Delivery Instructions: If using an agency, instruct them on destination shipping. If requesting ASL to ship your notarized original directly to your chosen agency’s Florida address, specify their receiving address as the shipping destination during checkout.
